Competition Terms & Conditions

By participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility
Competitions are only open to UK residents, 18 or over. Prize winners must have a UK mainland address. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

Promotional Period
Promotions will run as stated on our social profile’s competition posts. Entries outside this period will not be accepted.

How to Enter
To enter our competitions, send your answers to [email protected] (unless otherwise instructed on our social posts), include your first name, last name, phone number and the email address you wish to be contacted by.

Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

1st Prize
Cushion (winner can pick one of the 6 Bean cushion image range*), Tea Towel (winner can pick one of the 6 Bean tea towel image range*), Coasters set of 4

2nd Prize
Tea Towel (winner can pick one of the 6 Bean tea towel image range*), Coasters set of 4

3rd Prize
Shopping Bag (winner can pick one of the 6 Bean Shopping Bag image range*) *not already chosen by another winner

Winner Selection
All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw.

Winner Notification
All winners will be contacted by email via the email address provided on entry within 7 days of the draw date. All winners have 14 days of first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize. In the case that they do not respond in time, reject the prize or are ineligible another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above.

Data Protection
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. All data will be deleted 2 months after the promotion end date. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion.
