Delivery Information
Deliveries will be carried out by DPD or others. Orders may be delivered separately. Orders will have a 7-14 day or less shipping time in most cases. Delivery will take place, a few days after shipping. Your Courier will notify you. Most orders are usually shipped within 4-14 days of your order date, excluding orders received on Saturdays or Sundays, or Bank/Public Holidays. During busy periods, shipping times may be delayed. If you have not received your order or not been notified it has shipped by day 21, please contact us via email ([email protected]).
Customers will receive a tracking number. You must use the Couriers website to arrange a different day or time for deliveries, if needed. You can also collect your order from their nearest Collection Point to you. We can not access their systems for you. Any orders not collected within 5 days, will be sent back to us, and any order will be cancelled without any refund.
Policy: Lost Orders/deliveries
If an order fails to arrive, please contact the Courier. Once they confirm your order been “lost” or “untraceable”, please notify us, via email ([email protected]) of their confirmation. A new order will be sent to you, free of charge.
Policy: Damaged Goods and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days to report to us any damage to any part of your order.
Please send us some photos of the damaged areas/goods, and your order number. A new replacement product will be sent to you free of charge. Once we confirm a new product is being sent to you, you can then dispose of the damaged goods.
Delivery Charges, Delivery Times from Shipping
For all UK mainland (England, Wales, Scotland) orders under £95.00, delivery is £5.95
For orders over £95.00 or over, you qualify for free delivery to UK mainland postcodes (England, Wales, Scotland). Delivery time from shipping is usually 1 day – 3 days.
We currently, do not deliver to postcodes, BT, GY, JE, TR, IM at this present time. We hope to find a delivery method to these postcodes shortly.
Refund Policy and Returns/Exchanges
As our products are print-on-demand and are made as per each order, we can not accept returns/or exchanges. If your order has arrived damaged or faulty, we will send you a free replacement. Once we confirm a new product is being sent to you, you can then dispose of the damaged goods.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order, prior to manufacturing. However, please do so before your order is in the manufacturing process, i.e. within 1 hour 30 minutes of you placing the order. We must receive your cancellation via ([email protected]) during 9am to 4pm, Mon-Fri, excluding Saturdays, Sundays or Bank/Public holidays. We can not cancel any orders outside of the working hours (9am-4pm, or working days, Mon-Fri).
You will receive a full refund, if you notify us, prior to this point. Once your order has been processed/made, we are unable to cancel the order, also we are unable to stop delivery to you. Because it’s in the processing/delivery system, and/or shipped out to you.
